Your quotes out in minutes. Your paperwork done.
Loadhand plugs into the inbox, TMS and QuickBooks your brokerage already runs. Quote requests get priced and drafted, rate cons and BOLs become invoices, and a person approves anything that matters.
Built for brokerages of 5 to 50 people, on any TMS, with QuickBooks and Gmail or Outlook. The first call tells you exactly what it would do for your shop.
Every email sorted. Every quote request drafted.
Loadhand reads the shared inbox as it arrives. Quote requests get lane, equipment, dates and weight pulled out and a reply priced from your own history. You read it, change the number if you want, and send.
- Works inside Gmail or Outlook. Nothing new for your team to open.
- Rates come from your lanes and your margins, with DAT as a sanity check.
- Turn any rule off. The system drafts; it never sends on its own.
Rate cons, BOLs and PODs become invoices without anyone keying them.
Documents get read the moment they land, matched to the load in your TMS, and posted to QuickBooks as the invoice. Missing paperwork gets chased so billing is not waiting on a driver.
- Handles scans, phone photos and forwarded PDFs.
- Anything it cannot read with confidence goes to a person, flagged.
- Invoices post as drafts until you approve, or automatically once you trust it.

53' dry van · 42,000 lb
Rate: $1,800.00 all-in
Carrier: Redline Trucking
MC 123456
A carrier calls about a posted load at 9:40 PM. Someone answers.
An assistant that takes carrier calls when the office is closed. It verifies the MC, negotiates inside the ceiling you set, sends the rate con to the email on file, and leaves you a summary for the morning. It always says it is an assistant.
- Never goes above your rate ceiling. Never changes contact or payment details.
- New authorities, missing insurance, hazmat, disputes: handed to a human.
- Check calls during the day, so dispatch stops asking "where's the truck."
What a month of desk work costs you now.
Move the slider to your volume. The estimate uses the benchmarks above and your own hourly cost. The diagnostic replaces the estimate with your real numbers.
What the first 30 days look like.
Two modeled examples at typical volumes, built from the benchmarks above. Every engagement starts with a baseline week, so the before-and-after you see is yours, not ours.
From first call to live in about a month.

Three steps. Prices on the table.
No seats, no per-load fees, no annual contract. You pay for the diagnostic, then the build, then a flat monthly amount to keep it running.
Diagnostic
- We map how quotes and documents actually move through your shop
- Three automations ranked by dollar value, each with a fixed price
- If we are not a fit, we say so and you keep the map
Build
- Inbox, quotes and paperwork live on the tools you already use
- Connected to Gmail or Outlook, QuickBooks, and your TMS
- Your approval on every rate before it leaves
- Your team trained in one afternoon
Keep it running
- Monitoring, and fixes when a tool on your side changes
- The next automation each quarter
- A person on the phone, not a ticket queue
Built for an industry where a wrong email costs a load.
A person approves every rate
The system drafts quotes and invoices. It does not send a rate or post an invoice until someone on your team says so.
Nothing changes contact or payment details
Rate cons go only to the email on file with the carrier's authority. Requests to change an email or a bank account are handed to a person.
Your data stays in the United States
Hosted on US servers. Access is limited to what the job needs, and every access is logged.
Anything unusual goes to a human
Hazmat, disputes, a carrier with no record, a document it cannot read with confidence: flagged, not guessed.
What brokers ask first.
Two engineers run Loadhand. We work with a handful of brokerages at a time, so every one of them has our number.
Does it send rates without me seeing them?
No. Every quote is a draft until a person approves it. You can change the number, the wording, or throw it away. Invoices post as drafts too, until you decide to trust them.
What TMS do you work with?
Any of them. The inbox, quoting and paperwork pieces run on your email and QuickBooks, so they work whether you are on AscendTMS, spreadsheets, Tai, Turvo or McLeod. If your TMS already automates part of the job, Loadhand sits alongside it and covers what it does not. If it does not, we connect to it as part of the build.
We are a small shop. Is it worth it for us?
Usually, with the right scope. Under 200 loads a month we start with the two pieces that pay back fastest, quote replies and rate con to invoice, and price the build to your volume rather than a flat package. The diagnostic gives you the number before you spend anything on a build.
Where does our data go?
US servers, least-privilege access, logged. Our engineering team is in Chicago and Pakistan and the client agreement says so. Nothing lives on a laptop.
How long until it is live?
One week for the diagnostic, two to three weeks for the build, a week in shadow mode. Most shops are live inside a month of the first call.
Can you build something specific to how we work?
Yes. That is the point of the diagnostic. The three automations we propose come from watching your shop, not from a template: your lanes, your customers, your rules, your reports. Custom integrations and custom rules are part of the build, and the next automation each quarter is part of the monthly plan.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Loadhand works inside the Gmail or Outlook, QuickBooks and TMS you already use. There is no new screen for your team to learn, and your people keep the final say on every rate.
What happens if we stop?
You cancel the monthly plan and keep everything that was built. Your data was always in your Gmail, QuickBooks and TMS, so there is nothing to export.
Tell us about your shop.
We reply within one business day. The first call is 20 minutes and it is fine if the answer is "not yet."
